Artist Upload & Premiere Agreement

By creating an Artist account, uploading content, scheduling a premiere, or selecting “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Artist Upload & Premiere Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to upload content as an independent artist, unless you have the required permission from a parent, guardian, label, or legal representative.

You confirm that:

Firstdroop may request identity verification, ownership documents, label authorisation, or other supporting information before approving content or releasing earnings.

You may submit songs, albums, artwork, videos, descriptions, artist information, and other materials permitted by Firstdroop.

Firstdroop may review, approve, reject, delay, restrict, suspend, or remove any submission for reasons including:

Approval of content does not mean that Firstdroop guarantees its commercial success, audience size, earnings, or release on any third-party music service.

Firstdroop may make approved content available through scheduled or limited music premieres.

You understand that:

You retain ownership of your music and other intellectual property.

You grant Firstdroop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, during the period reasonably required to provide the service, to:

This licence is limited to operating, promoting, protecting, and improving Firstdroop and does not transfer ownership of your content to Firstdroop.

Where Firstdroop offers monetisation, your earnings will be calculated according to the applicable payment and fee schedule displayed or communicated by Firstdroop.

Payments may be reduced by:

Firstdroop may require identity verification and accurate payment information before processing withdrawals. Payment delays may occur because of verification, banking, payment-processing, legal, or security requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate tax and payment information and for complying with your applicable tax obligations.

Firstdroop does not guarantee a minimum amount of earnings.

Where available, fans may send coins, stickers, gifts, or other digital items during premieres or live sessions.

Such items are subject to Firstdroop’s applicable rules. They may not have cash value for fans and may not be withdrawn by fans.

Artist earnings from gifts or other monetisation features may be subject to fees, minimum withdrawal limits, verification, refunds, chargebacks, and other adjustments.

You must not upload or promote content that:

You must not use Firstdroop to distribute unreleased content outside the permitted premiere experience.

If you discover that content has been uploaded without proper permission, you must promptly notify Firstdroop and provide relevant evidence.

Firstdroop may remove, restrict, disable, or suspend access to content following a complaint, suspected infringement, legal request, security concern, or breach of this Agreement.

You remain responsible for resolving ownership disputes involving your content.

You agree to compensate and protect Firstdroop, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

Firstdroop may suspend or terminate your Artist account or remove your content if you breach this Agreement, provide false information, upload unauthorised content, engage in fraud, or create legal, security, or operational risks.

Termination does not remove obligations that are intended to continue, including ownership warranties, payment adjustments, confidentiality, indemnity, and dispute-related obligations.

You agree that selecting “I Agree,” checking an acceptance box, clicking an acceptance button, or continuing to use Artist upload features constitutes your electronic acceptance of this Agreement.

No physical meeting or handwritten signature is required for acceptance through the Firstdroop application, subject to applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by a court or legally recognised dispute-resolution process with appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to applicable law.

Artist Acceptance
